Fees Payment Policy

 At Gracefields Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality early childhood education in a safe and nurturing environment. Our fee structure is designed to support effective learning while offering clear and flexible payment options for our families.

Payment Guidelines:

1. Monthly Payments: Classes operating on a monthly payment structure require tuition fees to be paid at the beginning of each month. This applies to early learning levels where fees are charged monthly and ensures a child’s continued enrollment and full participation in all school activities

4. Classes operating on a term-only payment structure require all tuition and applicable fees to be paid before the start of each term. Enrollment for these classes is confirmed only upon full payment to allow for proper academic and operational planning.

Overdue Payments:

• Timely payment of fees is essential to the smooth operation of the school. Payments not received by the specified due dates may attract a late fee. Persistent delays may affect a child’s participation in school programs.

  We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur. Parents who anticipate difficulty meeting payment deadlines are encouraged to contact the school administration promptly to discuss possible arrangements.
